Ved\u00faci DRK prostredn\u00edctvom nej priamo ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa formovanie novej gener\u00e1cie ryb\u00e1rov, funkcion\u00e1rov ob\u010dianskych zdru\u017een\u00ed a&nbsp;\u0161portov\u00fdch klubov. M\u00f4\u017eu vzbudi\u0165 z\u00e1ujem mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed o&nbsp;\u010fal\u0161ie vzdel\u00e1vanie v&nbsp;oblasti ryb\u00e1rstva alebo vychova\u0165 \u0161portovcov, ktor\u00ed bud\u00fa d\u00f4stojne reprezentova\u0165 \u0161portov\u00fd zv\u00e4z na celoslovensk\u00fdch \u0161portov\u00fdch podujatiach a na podujatiach medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho charakteru. Ved\u00faci DRK sprostredkuj\u00fa mlad\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom nie len poznatky a&nbsp;zru\u010dnosti v&nbsp;oblasti \u0161portov\u00e9ho rybolovu, spozn\u00e1vania pr\u00edrody a&nbsp;jej z\u00e1konitost\u00ed, ale pestuj\u00fa v&nbsp;nich aj spolupatri\u010dnos\u0165 k&nbsp;Slovensk\u00e9mu ryb\u00e1rskemu zv\u00e4zu, proakt\u00edvny vz\u0165ah k&nbsp;ochrane \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a&nbsp;pevn\u00e9 postoje v&nbsp;ot\u00e1zkach ryb\u00e1rskej etiky. Pr\u00e1ca s&nbsp;de\u0165mi a&nbsp;ml\u00e1de\u017eou je preto k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou oblas\u0165ou z&nbsp;h\u013eadiska rozvoja ryb\u00e1rstva na Slovensku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ciele a poslanie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metodick\u00e9 odpor\u00fa\u010dania m\u00f4\u017eu sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 ako n\u00e1vod pre za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00facich ved\u00facich DRK, ktor\u00ed ich postupne dop\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa o&nbsp;\u010dinnosti a&nbsp;poznatky zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00face region\u00e1lne \u0161pecifik\u00e1. Sk\u00fasen\u00fdch ved\u00facich kr\u00fa\u017ekov m\u00f4\u017eu odpor\u00fa\u010dania in\u0161pirova\u0165 k&nbsp;nov\u00fdm \u010dinnostiam a&nbsp;k&nbsp;nov\u00fdm poh\u013eadom na eduka\u010dn\u00fd proces. Poslan\u00edm ved\u00facich DRK je vychova\u0165 v\u0161estrann\u00fdch ryb\u00e1rov, ktor\u00ed sa k&nbsp;ostatn\u00fdm \u013eudom a&nbsp;k&nbsp;pr\u00edrode spr\u00e1vaj\u00fa s&nbsp;\u00factou a&nbsp;re\u0161pektom. Ryb\u00e1rsky \u0161port m\u00e1 sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 ako prostriedok spozn\u00e1vania pr\u00edrody a&nbsp;seba sam\u00e9ho. Nemal by by\u0165 n\u00e1strojom pestovania nezdravej s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eivosti a&nbsp;egocentrizmu. Medzipredmetov\u00fd charakter tejto \u010dinnosti umo\u017e\u0148uje r\u00f4znorod\u00fa paletu pr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;de\u0165mi a&nbsp;z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na ved\u00facom ako sa s&nbsp;touto problematikou vysporiada. Z\u00e1kladom tak\u00e9hoto eduka\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu je venova\u0165 sa v&nbsp;skupin\u00e1ch nov\u00e1\u010dikov jednotliv\u00fdm tematick\u00fdm okruhom iba v&nbsp;z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch obrysoch s&nbsp;iba nevyhnutn\u00fdm mno\u017estvom poznatkov, ktor\u00e9 si \u013eahko dok\u00e1\u017eu zvn\u00fatorni\u0165 na z\u00e1klade aktu\u00e1lnych poznatkov a&nbsp;zru\u010dnost\u00ed. V&nbsp;tomto momente je nesmierne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 venova\u0165 pozornos\u0165 inov\u00e1cii obsahu u\u010diva a&nbsp;praktick\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00fd obrys u\u010diva by sk\u00fasenej\u0161\u00edch \u017eiakov mohol nudi\u0165 a&nbsp;hlb\u0161\u00ed prienik do problematiky alebo odbornej\u0161ia diskusia by mohla sp\u00f4sobi\u0165, \u017ee mlad\u0161\u00ed \u017eiaci sa str\u00e1caj\u00fa a&nbsp;nedok\u00e1\u017eu dr\u017ea\u0165 krok. V&nbsp;kr\u00fa\u017ekoch s&nbsp;mal\u00fdm po\u010dtom det\u00ed alebo v&nbsp;kr\u00fa\u017ekoch s&nbsp;jedin\u00fdm ved\u00facim, ktor\u00fd si nem\u00f4\u017ee dovoli\u0165 deti rozde\u013eova\u0165 do nieko\u013ek\u00fdch skup\u00edn je potrebn\u00e9 postupova\u0165 podobne ako je tomu v&nbsp;m\u00e1lotriednych \u0161kol\u00e1ch (kde jeden u\u010dite\u013e s\u00fa\u010dasne vyu\u010duje nieko\u013eko ro\u010dn\u00edkov). Tak\u00e9to vyu\u010dovanie nesie sk\u00f4r znaky v\u00fdchovy v rodine a&nbsp;umo\u017e\u0148uje zap\u00e1janie celej komunity ryb\u00e1rov, rodi\u010dov a&nbsp;priate\u013eov. \u0160pir\u00e1lov\u00e9 u\u010denie n\u00e1m op\u00e4\u0165 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 pri vytv\u00e1ran\u00ed celkovej koncepcie hodiny. V&nbsp;zmie\u0161an\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch je treba za\u010da\u0165 vo vybranej teoretickej t\u00e9me len v&nbsp;z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch obrysoch so zameran\u00edm na t\u00fdch najmen\u0161\u00edch v&nbsp;skupine. Prv\u00ed str\u00e1caj\u00fa pozornos\u0165 a&nbsp;ve\u013emi skoro vy\u017eaduj\u00fa zmenu \u010dinnosti \u2013 najlep\u0161ie praktick\u00fa, pri ktorej m\u00f4\u017eu nie\u010do vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 \u2013 hra\u0165 sa. V&nbsp;tejto chv\u00edli prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa na pomoc star\u0161\u00ed \u017eiaci, ktor\u00ed v\u010faka absolvovaniu minul\u00e9ho (minul\u00fdch) ro\u010dn\u00edkov u\u017e nadobudli ur\u010dit\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 zru\u010dnost\u00ed a&nbsp;radi sa o&nbsp;svoju sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165 podelia a&nbsp;\u010dasto aj pochv\u00e1lia. Treba v\u0161ak pred\u00eds\u0165 situ\u00e1cii, pri ktorej by star\u0161\u00ed \u017eiaci nadobudli pocit, \u017ee s\u00fa pravidelne vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed a&nbsp;na kr\u00fa\u017eok chodia iba preto aby u\u013eah\u010dili pr\u00e1cu ved\u00facemu kr\u00fa\u017eku. Ide\u00e1lne je, ke\u010f na ka\u017edej hodine priv\u00edtame nejak\u00e9ho zauj\u00edmav\u00e9ho hos\u0165a \u010di u\u017e sk\u00fasen\u00e9ho pretek\u00e1ra v&nbsp;niektorej discipl\u00edne LRU alebo RT, sk\u00fasen\u00e9ho ryb\u00e1ra, hospod\u00e1ra, predsedu alebo in\u00e9ho \u010dlena v\u00fdboru, \u010dlena ryb\u00e1rskej str\u00e1\u017ee, obchodn\u00edka, ichtyol\u00f3ga alebo chovate\u013ea r\u00fdb. Pod\u013ea toho pred za\u010dat\u00edm hodiny vyberieme teoretick\u00fa t\u00e9mu a&nbsp;\u013eahko premost\u00edme do praktickej uk\u00e1\u017eky, diskusie z&nbsp;praxe alebo nejakej tvorivej \u010dinnosti, u\u017eito\u010dnej pri rybolove alebo na s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ei. V\u0161eobecne plat\u00ed, \u017ee ak sme n\u00faten\u00ed ma\u0165 hodinu v&nbsp;triede, treba za\u010d\u00edna\u0165 teoretick\u00fdmi diskusiami na za\u010diatku hodiny a&nbsp;najnesk\u00f4r po hodine za\u010da\u0165 realizova\u0165 praktick\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 (v\u00fdrobu umel\u00fdch n\u00e1strah, RT v&nbsp;telocvi\u010dni a&nbsp;pod). V\u00fdznamnou pomocou z&nbsp;h\u013eadiska hladk\u00e9ho priebehu a&nbsp;\u010dasto aj zmier\u0148ovania finan\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov na chod kr\u00fa\u017eku je zap\u00e1janie rodi\u010dov, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa ochotn\u00ed pom\u00e1ha\u0165. Uveden\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy realiz\u00e1cie eduka\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu a&nbsp;z\u00e1sady m\u00f4\u017eeme samozrejme aplikova\u0165 aj ke\u010f m\u00e1me v&nbsp;triede rovnako sk\u00fasen\u00e9 deti rovnak\u00e9ho veku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skupinov\u00e9 vyu\u010dovanie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm osved\u010den\u00fdm pr\u00edstupom je skupinov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca. Jej podstatou je h\u013eadanie rie\u0161en\u00ed v&nbsp;\u00fazkom pracovnom kolekt\u00edve, kde najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edmi vlastnos\u0165ami s\u00fa \u00facta vo\u010di druh\u00e9mu a&nbsp;z\u00e1ujem o&nbsp;spolupr\u00e1cu. Deti prirodzene pochopia, \u017ee ak sa ktor\u00fdko\u013evek zo skupiny za\u010dne spr\u00e1va\u0165 egocentricky alebo za\u010dne z&nbsp;ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek in\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu vyru\u0161ova\u0165 ostatn\u00fdch, stane sa skupinov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca nefunk\u010dnou. Najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edm pravidlom, ktor\u00e9 treba \u010do najsk\u00f4r s&nbsp;de\u0165mi prediskutova\u0165, je \u201ev\u017edy hovor\u00ed iba jeden \u010dlen\u201c. Ot\u00e1zkami <em>\u201e\u010co m\u00f4\u017ee nasta\u0165?\u201c<\/em>, <em>\u201ePre\u010do je toto pravidlo d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9?\u201c<\/em> m\u00f4\u017eeme rozvin\u00fa\u0165 zauj\u00edmav\u00fa diskusiu. Nesk\u00f4r v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade, ak sa n\u00e1m za\u010d\u00edna situ\u00e1cia vymyka\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eeme sa na t\u00fato diskusiu odvol\u00e1va\u0165: <em>\u201eAk\u00e9 bolo na\u0161e spolo\u010dn\u00e9 a&nbsp;najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie pravidlo? Pripome\u0148me si pre\u010do je tak ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9.\u201c<\/em> Ak sa n\u00e1m podar\u00ed skupinu dosta\u0165 na tak\u00fato \u00farove\u0148 komunik\u00e1cie, skupina ako celok pr\u00edpadn\u00e9ho naru\u0161ite\u013ea tohto pravidla sama ut\u00ed\u0161i (ved\u00faci nemus\u00ed okrikova\u0165 deti). V\u0161etci c\u00edtia, \u017ee iba ak re\u0161pektuj\u00fa seba navz\u00e1jom a&nbsp;dodr\u017eiavaj\u00fa sa ur\u010dit\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1, m\u00f4\u017ee sa skupinov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca podari\u0165. Pri rozdelen\u00ed \u017eiakov do skup\u00edn nie je potrebn\u00e9 ani vym\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 nejak\u00e9 s\u00fa\u0165a\u017ee a&nbsp;vyhodnocova\u0165 \u00farove\u0148 dosiahnut\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkov. Prirodzen\u00e1 rivalita medzi skupinami sa dostav\u00ed sama bez toho aby sme pre to \u010doko\u013evek urobili. N\u00e1ro\u010dnou \u010das\u0165ou pre ved\u00faceho je naopak h\u013eada\u0165 siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky a&nbsp;to \u010do sa podarilo pri v\u0161etk\u00fdch skupin\u00e1ch aj pri t\u00fdch najslab\u0161\u00edch. Netreba vyzdvihova\u0165 nedostatky \u2013 tie si deti uvedomia sami rovnako r\u00fdchlo ako si vedia vyhodnoti\u0165, ktor\u00e1 skupina mala najlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledok. Nadmern\u00e9 zameriavanie sa na v\u00fdkon, hodnotenie a&nbsp;porovn\u00e1vanie m\u00f4\u017ee u det\u00ed ve\u013emi \u010dasto vyvola\u0165 sklamanie a&nbsp;n\u00edzke sebahodnotenie. Die\u0165a strat\u00ed z\u00e1ujem o&nbsp;kr\u00fa\u017eok aj o&nbsp;ryb\u00e1rstvo, pritom malo potenci\u00e1l rozvin\u00fa\u0165 svoje zru\u010dnosti o&nbsp;rok o&nbsp;dva nesk\u00f4r. A&nbsp;v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade, ak by sa mu aj po rokoch nedarilo tak dobre ako ostatn\u00fdm, m\u00f4\u017ee sa sta\u0165 ve\u013emi cenn\u00fdm \u010dlenom kolekt\u00edvu pre svoje osobnostn\u00e9 vlastnosti. Skupinov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca rozv\u00edja samostatnos\u0165, je priestorom pre tvoriv\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165, motivuje k&nbsp;sebazdokona\u013eovaniu, kooper\u00e1cii v&nbsp;skupine a&nbsp;vedie deti k&nbsp;zodpovedn\u00e9mu pr\u00edstupu v&nbsp;akejko\u013evek \u010dinnosti.
